-Frankly I have been so far away from this kind of metal, but when  I have heard  “Allegiance”,  I felt that like   I hear something from my favourite metal and the music really brings the listener . I really cared about them All  in all, is really, “Allegiance” really good, and certainly much better than I had anticipated. Firewind was progressing as well that was more melodic heavy metal in style with some influences from 80's melodic hard rock.

The principal differences between the first album, and the music of the Allegiance album is the music style is still the same but you can say their sound more contemporary, while their first album was more traditional 80s metal and a bit neo-classical at times. And their lyrics it’s about different kinds of things. Mainly with the human feelings and situations. the song grows on me, and has a certain wistful power that reminds me a little bit of the older  power heavy on the U.S, topped off by a neo-classical edge to the guitar and keyboard melodies. The album ends with a couple of good tracks with The Essence being more heavy metal and Where Do We Go From Here showing Gus' admiration for 80's melodic heavy metal that remind me by the classical albums of Scorpions, and we can not forget Apollo's voice is very great and powerful on this album it’s quit as well that made the very cool album is killer metal rocker. Hopefully this isn't a one-time only thing done specially for the “Allegiance”.

Anyway album continues to demand the listener's attention check out the new one; really the music brings the listener. If you like it buy it .
