Pharaoh – The Longest Night

Posted : 10.01.07 By  A.Samir

Pharaoh – The Longest Night

-After their first successful album “After the fire” that printed their name on the metal scene, they had recorded the second one called “The Longest Night” for me they made a big step by this record, There are many things you may notice some progress  in comparison with the first record and the sound so close to Iron maiden for that their fans called them American Maiden, as we know there’s a difference between European and American heavy metal ,I just feel that European metal has more integrity That’s not to say there’s something weak about American metal. It’s just two different things, typically. But pharaoh had created one of good albums of 2006 , you may noticed that most of the tracks in this album like “Sunrise” “Endlessly” “Fighting” and “Never run”  re  closed with greatest guitar solos that are pretty cool Mr Matt Johnsen, and we can’t forget the voice of Tim aymar he used his powerful voice with technically and philosophical influences.

Definitely check out The Longest Night, give it a couple of listening, and if you like it, buy it.
